Succesful Staff Training In Minneapolis

As Urban Wilderness prepares to expand into the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, it is time to bring on new additions to our staff. Canoe-building expert, Phil Winger, led a training session for our future Minneapolis staff, where they gained valuable insights into the canoe-building process.

Phil shared his thoughts on the training: “The training last week went well… They all demonstrated a good work ethic and dependability that I've come to expect of Camping & Education staff.” He also praised Abby, the new leader for the Minneapolis team, saying, “Abby is a great choice for leading the Minneapolis crew. She picks up concepts quickly, asks great questions, and generally takes a leadership role effortlessly.”

We are very excited to welcome on the new staff and cannot wait to work with more schools up north!
